Family reunion stay
We were in town for a family reunion and were very happy we found this home. It offered all the amenities we needed for our extended family (from toddler to 80-something!) We enjoyed the boardgames in the evening, morning coffee around the huge table, and the campfire space for relaxing time together. The home was beautifully furnished with a lovely view of the lake. The beds were comfortable and the provided linens/towels were helpful with one less worry in packing. The separate cabin was perfect for the family with the toddler. We only wish we were able to stay a little longer...perhaps in the future!

Our stay at the Conesus Lake House was absolutely great. The house is right on the lake and has several outdoor and indoor seating areas to view the lake and surrounding area. Whitney was a wonderful and knowledgeable host. She even gave us information about the surrounding area. The house fit our family perfectly and I have no complaints! Our family met for a Easter get together with a quick trup to Letchworth and the National Warplane Museum. The house and upper cabin fit all 11 of us wonderfully. Thanks Whitney!!!

Very nice property and location Cleaning needs to b addressed inside stairs were very dirty, no cleaning under beds,T-shirt there?,kitchen garbage pails have new bags but weren’t cleaned old water bottle layin in cabinet ?,main inside sliding window to porch had prints smudges on it also Grill was unusable tried cleaning but grates so rusted no way food could be put on. Was no fun cooking grillin food in oven or fry pan. Owner was notified promptly about grill n responded quickly that was in process of shopping for one for spring? Took peek in guest house on property had nice layout but smelled musty

Great Lake House
Overall the property was great and had wonderful views of the lake. Our party included 6 adults and 5 children and we had room for everyone (with the addition of the guest house). Lots of beach towels plus a paddleboat and kayaks (and life jackets) were provided. The owner was very responsive and even proactively sent us ideas to do with the kids on a rainy day.

Perfect friends getaway.
The location was great, easy drive to the city. There was plenty of rooms for everyone to sleep in. The owner provided lots of bath and beach towels. Highly recommend this place for a large group.

Great waterfront, dog friendly home on Conesus Lake
The house is beautiful. It was just as described and right on the lake. It was immaculate when we arrived and very welcoming. It's extremely well equipped. The kitchen had everything you could want, and more so, e.g., a choice of drip, Kuerig, or French press coffee and bean grinder. The linens seemed almost brand new. There were only two of us, and our two dogs, so we only used the main floor, but the layout would be great for two couples/families. Main floor has a bedroom and full bath, and downstairs are two additional bedrooms, full bath, and family room. There is a beautiful deck off the main floor, and a new, beautiful patio off the ground floor. There's also a separate guest house with two bedrooms, full bath, and a small kitchen, which we didn't use, but it's got a cozy cabin in the woods feel. It's about 30 minutes from Letchworth State Park which is awesome...it's a beautiful gorge with amazing waterfalls and tons of well maintained trails. Deer Run winery is just down the road, and Ohnehda / Eagle Crest winery is a short drive. And about an hour+ drive to Keuka and Seneca wine/brewery trails. Bring a designated driver :) Whitney was extremely responsive and accommodating to any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks for sharing your lovely home with us Whitney!

Wonderful Quick Winter Getaway
Our group of 7 adults and 2 children stayed for a long weekend during February break. The main home was very spacious and clean, and the separate cabin is a nice bonus! Excellent location, ample parking, and everything was well-stocked. Whitney was a fantastic host and very responsive. We look forward to staying again in the future!

Beautiful views, great location
The property is beautiful and you can’t beat the views. Everything is better than described on the listing, which is very rare. The home is updated and the owner has put many thoughtful touches on the place. The kitchen has everything you could possibly want. The balcony is a peaceful retreat and has great views of the lake. We were concerned about the neighbors being too close, but the way the house is situated, you feel like you’re alone out there. We could feel the stress melt away while sitting on the deck and watching the birds fly over the lake. Sunrises are breathtaking. The owner was extremely responsive to any questions we had, before and during our stay. She was helpful and responded within minutes. What more could we ask?! Can’t wait to come back again during a different season and enjoy the outdoor activities to the full.

Perfect Spot!
This location was perfect for an autumn escape! The house and cottage are staged beautifully and equipped with anything you might need. The home is very clean! There were 7 women at the home and we all slept comfortably and soundly. The area is peaceful and also not too far from anything you might need or want to do. The only problem we really had at this location was with the Wi-Fi service as some of us needed that to check emails for work and/or FaceTime with our children while away and the cell service is very limited. I would still absolutely rate this location a 10/10 or 5 stars!
