"The apartment was very clean and cozy. I wish there were more dishtowels in the kitchen and that the two clocks in the apartment were working. Instructions for working the TV and the heater would be helpful. My husband used the hide a bed one night, but there was no extra blanket for it. "A number of things need attention. Air hockey table air doesn’t work. Shelves are supported with books. Trash box hinges are not good. Sofa bed end is askew. Only 2 showers where listing says 3. Two wall shelves can’t be used safely. Master mattress is drooping. Bar top isn’t fastened anymore. Teflon cooking pans need replacing. Spa pool can’t heat properly. As a gathering place it was fine. "Came into town with a family of 5. I booked the 3 bedroom 3 bathroom and there was a bonus half bathroom so everyone had their own space. My parents and siblings were impressed with the cleanliness and it seemed the host thought of everyone to keep guest comfortable. Definitely plan on staying here again on my next trip to Memphis. 10/10 would recommend!"
