"The house worked for what we needed it for (visiting family with not enough room for us). It was clean and aesthetically pleasing. Besides the construction occurring out front, the neighborhood is quiet and nice. It is also located near just about anything you may need. If you are bringing a dog, check the fence for holes. We didn’t and our dog got out. Thankfully, we were out there and were able to catch him. Overall, our experience was positive."

"This is a very recently updated house and is in great shape with nice furniture, hang-out space and new appliances. You have really easy access to both downtown St. Charles and Geneva. "We were very comfortable at Michael’s place and it was decorated very well. The house was very clean and the air conditioning in each room was a huge help for being there in August! Right by the river so it had a nice view while having breakfast in the morning. Michael was a great host that provided tons of information and even snacks. Thanks so much!"

"We had a fabulous time with our 3 adult children and their spouses! The house is incredible! Host was great to work with! The setting is spectacular. We boated and swam in the pool, grilled our dinners poolside, dined together and even played some Poker and enjoyed amazing bonfires at the beach! The kids are already asking if we can do this again soon! It was a wonderful weekend getaway for us all!"
