"The house was comfortable and perfectly located near the William Penn Inn. It was missing the futon so it sleeps 7 versus 8 but we had no problems. I would rent this one again. Excellent communication with the manager. Thank you for a great stay!"

"This home was delightful. We were in the area visiting with friends who live nearby and we loved our stay at the cottage. The beds were super comfortable! Every room was as shown online. We enjoyed sipping coffee in the morning by the creek and sitting in the hot tub after a long day. We will definitely stay at the cottage whenever we are in the area."

"We had a superb stay here in Phoenixville. The bicycles (each with its own lock) made quick trips downtown extra easy and fun. There was a pet-friendly festival in the park across the street with vendors and music during our stay. We were able to take the bikes out for a morning on the Schuylkill River Trail. We especially appreciated the well stocked kitchen. Plenty of pots and pans and spices - and the wireless phone chargers provided. The place is so well located and well appointed. Thanks...

"We absolutely loved our week in this beautiful house! The pool was perfect for the really hot days we had. The many rooms and areas to hang out were perfect for the rainy indoor days. The rooms and bathrooms couldn’t have been cleaner and the beds so soft and comfy. Richard was very accommodating. He told us multiple times if we needed anything to just ask and he even built us a fire pit to use for the week! We fished in the lake and visited the alpacas. The whole property is gorgeous!...

"This huge house fit my family of 6, plus some extended family, 12 in all. The driveway was a bit narrow getting in but we fit 5 cars in the parking area out back. The house is visibly historic, so there were some things that could be updated like the trim and other cosmetic items, but it was fuctional and spacious. There was some food left in the fridge and cabinets that were not properly sealed, so we disposed of them. I was asked to clean the grill after we used it, but it didn't look like it...

"The house overlooks a lake and a horse corral. It is large enough that my family members had a lot of privacy we had beautiful weather and we made use of the pool each day. The only thing that bothered me was that the pool didn’t have a hand rail to get in and out of it. I would go back again"
