"We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was comfortable, clean, had everything you needed and was in a great location. We enjoyed walking across the street to the lake and up the hill to go the concert next door. We were also a short drive from Weirs Beach. We had great communication and hope to stay there again."

"Short drive to Weirs Beach and Lake Winnepasaukee, no I can never spell that properly. House was equipped and clean. Quiet area and close to a Farmers market offering produce, beer, a couple of farm animals for kids, live entertainment, and more. Close to stores, grocery, CVS, Dunkin Donuts. Would recommend. "

"The house was beautiful and we found plenty of things to do in the neighborhood. The only problem we had was communication with the property manager. There was a construction worker on site working at the carriage house and he said he had no idea that people were renting the house for the weekend. The first night we noticed the one door in the dining room did not lock and the knob fell off of it outside and in the morning it was windy and we heard the carriage house door banging with the wind....

"We stay. In Alton Bay each year for a couple of concerts at Bank of NH Pavilion in Gilford. We extend it by staying for a couple of days at Lake Winnipesaukee The motel is perfectly located close to the venue and on the lake for swimming and boating while visiting BNH Pavilion. The motel is in a pine grove and is lake front. It's "!old school " feel reminds of my childhood. It's clean and quite, but no thrills. "Hanna was a wonderful host! When we had an issue with water pressure in the shower, she responded within minutes and had someone out to fix it within about an hour. The place is rustic but charming with a great fireplace!"

"I didn’t look close at the on-line pics so at first arrival I had concerns. It’s a charming older style lake house that could use a bit of pampering but it was very clean and comfortable for our group of 8. The host and management company were great and easy to communicate with. We came up for our daughter’s wedding and we all had a very nice weekend. Thank you"

"The cottage looks as pictured. The two main bedrooms are upstairs and the one bathroom is downstairs which is a bit tricky to find in the middle of the night. Neighborhood is exceptionally quiet and dark at night. Not sure where the beach and boat ramp are. Fireplace heater is lovely. BYO coffee -- no pods provided for even the first day."

"Overall, this was a wonderful place to stay. There were 4 adults, and it was a bit crowded but worked overall. The bedroom with the 2 single beds was much smaller than the picture looked. If you had kids, this would be perfect. The view was gorgeous. Communication with the host was great. She responded right away. "

"Great spacious "studio" in a super quiet neighborhood. The bed was so comfy, the kitchen immaculate and to die for! I was lucky to have great weather where I was able to leave all the sliders wide open day and night. Good size for even a family with 2 small children."
