I would try a different hotel next time
"We stayed in the tent, however I think it was not comfortable with so many zippers, and there is no key. The beds and the bathroom were fine, but it was cold at night. The hotel is ok, although there was loud music until almost midnight and noisy people walking around at late night, which probably ..."

"Wenn Sie noch niue ein Hotel gebucht haben, das schon vor 20 Jahren hätte abgerissen werden sollen: Das Jacaranda ist ein leuchtendes Anschauungsobjekt! Die Lage ist zwar ansprechend und auch das Personal ist sehr nett, aber ansonsten ist es eine Lotterbude!"
