"It is a little rough in appearance—overgrown shrubs at entry way, cracked floor tiles in the bathroom, loud air conditioning window units except for two bedrooms that had fans, molding/trim had gaps, flooring could use updating. But it worked for what we needed. We brought our two dogs & they had a fenced in back to run in. The floors except one bedroom didn’t have carpet, so that was nice. "Perfect location with just a short drive to downtown Nashville. Plenty of space for a large group. Highly recommend using the van shuttle service that's advertised on the placard in the house; they are affordable and easy to schedule for large groups. Pool and hot tub were a great option for taking a break in between the Broadway scene. House was clean and check in/checkout process was a breeze. "
