Best Vacation Spot Ever
We had a wonderful stay! The cottage was roomy, clean, and had all the amenities you could ask for. The kitchen had everything you needed to cook a great meal for a large crew. There was plenty of sleeping space for all of our guests to have their own area. The living room and bonus living room allowed everyone to chill out and watch their favorite Netflix show. The bathrooms were clean and had the necessities needed. The lakefront property was everything you could ask for. The deck was great for playing games on. The sandy beach was just perfect for building sandcastles and sunning yourself. The dock offered us many hours of awesome fishing. We caught over 100 bluegill and even caught a record setting 22 inch bass! The water equipment (kayaks, paddleboards, floating raft) were enjoyed by all. The firepit is so unique and special. We enjoyed many campfires and smores. It was so quiet and tranquil on this property. Although few, the neighbors were very friendly. I can not recommend this property enough. Thank you for sharing your piece of happiness with us.

A magical place
Our 2nd stay and we booked for 2025. We had a couple unexpected bumps that happened that were not the fault our hosts-but they were so kind any way when I told them about it. We love the lake, beach, yard and location. It just works really perfectfully for our little family. Thanks to our wonderful hosts!!!

Great time
The house was the perfect size for our group, everything was clean and the sandy beach was enjoyed by all of us and the water was nice to swim in! The new water float was everyone's favorite for sure. Also the owner Cortney was always easy to get ahold of if we had any questions. Would definitely book again if we go to the Gladwin area!

Fourth of July Family Get-Away
This was a get-away for my husband and I with our daughter and her family. Our 2 young granddaughters loved the beach and water access, and the firepit area was a beautiful place to hang out. Great property to go and relax and spend quality family time but still close enough to explore some of the area like Frankenmuth. The host Cortney was responsive to any questions and concerns that we had. We would stay here again if we are able to get back to the area.

Very nice place
We were there for a family wedding. We loved the cottage and the location. Very clean and well equipped. Only wish the weather was nicer, so that, we could have used the outdoor space more. Would definitely recommend staying here😊

PERFECT LAKE HOUSE!
Often times reviews are not accurate, however, this place was truly the perfect LAKE HOUSE. It included all the amenities and was well equipped for all of our needs. Thank you so much to the kind property manager, Courtney for her diligence in making sure that our stay was wonderful. Even any minor concerns were easily resolved because of excellent communication. Will be staying there again next year! The home easily held 12 of us as well as four others who joined just to enjoy the lake house.

Family time
What a great stay and beautiful home and location! Courtney was an absolutely fabulous host. She was prompt and gracious with her home and the items in it. We wanted to use one of the water toys but it needed to be inflated- Courtney went out of her way to guide us through the garage so we could do so. Our grandsons were ever so grateful. We had a great time! The house was well stocked and we wanted for nothing during our stay. Would definitely return! Thanks again Courtney

What is not love
A beautiful setting, nice house with games, sandy beach, river to swim in, frog pond my grandson loved, swing set, TV’s, tremendous fire pit, kayaks and things to float on and owners have thought of everything to make guests feel welcome and happy. We all hated to leave and have already booked it for next year!

Great place, everyone kept busy!
This place was great! We had our children 16,14,12&10 with us. So much to do there and provided life jackets also. I went running in the mornings, safe neighborhood also! Very quiet during the week, noticed that people started to come on Friday/Friday night, so we basically had the lake to ourselves from Monday-Thursday. Great little ice cream shop not too far, dollar general a few miles also. Larger town about 25 miles away, easy travel. Kids hung out in the basement when it rained for a few hours. Made a full breakfast daily, grilled out a few days also. Everything we needed was provided. We all had a great time! Thank you for letting us stay at your place.

Wonderful girls weekend!
We will definitely be back!! The cabin was adorable and the property was the perfect location and so much space for outdoor fun! The neighbors were incredible and we spent the whole weekend floating in the lake, playing cornhole and roasting marshmallows. Cortney accommodated us for an early check in as well!

Great location on the lake
We enjoyed our stay. The cabin is very nicely equipped and the basement and upstairs allow plenty of room to spread out if you are traveling with more than one family. We appreciated having the water floaties and kayaks.

Amazing Family Friendly Property
We had an absolutely fantastic stay. This house is well equipped to entertain all. Tons of games, toys, coloring books, books ect for the kids for indoor activities. If the weather is great, you'll be spending most of your time outdoors. The kids (and adults) really enjoyed the kayaks, paddle boards ect. The fire pit is beautiful and cozy overlooking the lake. You don't even need to pack life jackets for the littles. They had a ton in the basement and a wide array of sizing. We had just about everything we needed. We did run into one minor issue and contacted Cortney and she immediately addressed the issue. Super friendly host, great location, well equipped for all your needs. We would highly recommend this place.

Amazing Getaway!!
This cottage was amazing and exactly what our group of friends was looking for! Plenty of dpace for everyone to socialize and to have their own privacy. Could not have asked for more. Cortney was an amazing host and had more than promised at the cottage for us to use. We will definitely be back!

Relaxing Fall Getaway
The property was beautiful and the lake views from both inside and out were spectacular with the fall colors. The house had plenty of space, was very clean with a beautiful kitchen and overall was stocked with everything we could want and more. Many extras like games, a fire pit and kayaks/paddle boards were also a nice addition to our stay. Communication with the host was quick and easy. Overall this was the perfect place for a relaxing weekend getaway with friends!

It was a wonderful stay they had plenty to do for both adults and children.
Even with the water being low in the lake there was plenty to do including kayaking paddle boarding laying out in the sun and the kids played in the sand. the cabin itself was beautiful w plenty of room for us all and overall was very clean and well taken care of
