"This was an adorable little house in a quiet neighborhood. The owner was responsive to my phone call. She listed the property as pet-friendly for dogs only and although the property was clean, it had pet hair on all cloth surfaces like couches, blankets, and rugs. The attic is quaint but was freezing! The outlets in the attic also didn't work but it is possible that they were attached to a light switch that we didn't notice. Thank you for a comfortable stay!"

"The place was even better than expected! We had a group of over 40 family members of all ages and fit comfortably. In the diner area we had more than enough space to ring in the new year and spend quality time together. The rooms were clean and the themes were very cool. The game room was a huge hit with kids and adults alike! Pete was the best host! He was very accommodating and willing to assist with any odds and ends. We will certainly be returning to Medley Manor! "

"We are 4 teachers who stayed here while attending a conference in Peoria. The house was lovely - we each had our own bedroom and a very nice kitchen and family room to share. It was literally an easy 15 minute drive to the civic center downtown. The price made it cost effective-we saved money compared to each having a hotel room for 3 nights. Definitely hoping to be back next year!"

"Stayed here for a week over Christmas/New Years while visiting family, and it was the perfect quiet retreat! The decor was fun, the house was clean, the furniture was cozy, and the neighborhood was quiet. The beds were soft and comfortable, too. I would definitely stay here again. "

"We enjoyed the proximity to the coffee shops, the local shopping and restaurants! The place was very neat and tidy, although small it is very nicely decorated. I would recommend this house to others. The only thing I would say needed to be improved upon is the sheer curtain over the front door didn’t provide much privacy so we put a sheet over it"
