TERRIBLE
"Everyone at the reception is rude and has no training in customer service, much less receiving tourists. I had a two-bedroom suite with a kitchen for a week. I went with my whole family to snow ski. Nobody at the reception wears masks or takes precautions, BUT they use the covid excuse to never clean ..."
