"We gather our children together for my husband’s birthday each year and travel to a destination up north for a long weekend away. The house is as listed, nestled in a quaint spot in the woods just outside Glen Arbor city limits. Lots of extra touches were inside the home to make our stay more comfortable. "Cute and Cozy stay exactly as described. We had a lovely visit to Glen Arbor staying in the center of town, walkable to everything. We couldn't have asked for anything more for our winter getaway and our hosts were helpful and accommodating. Would stay here again!"

"A group of 12 friends rented this property for a golf trip in the Glen Arbor area. The house was perfect for our group. Plenty of beds/space for all of us. After golf we could all hang out on the top deck of the house. A few from our group jumped in the water after golf to relax as well. Overall a great experience, and if we go back to the area again for golfing, I will be checking if this house is available and rent from Josh again."

"Such a wonderful property. Kitchen had all the necessities. Perfect for us. Daughter’s family stayed upstairs. They loved it. Everything we were hoping for. Hosts were more than gracious, even brought us a fold up table so we had lots of seating for our Christmas dinner. Also put up a Christmas tree. The house was beautiful! I would definitely recommend. You will love it. It is truly a cottage in the woods!dinner.. "

"We stayed in Units 9 and 10 August 11-16, 2024. All in all I would stay again. Minor things are: The sink faucet leaked really bad, but they replaced it in a timely fashion, there are mouse bait stations set around the kitchen, baths, and bedrooms, and we did see mouse droppings on the kitchen counter. My wife wiped the counter down with bleach and we hid our counter top food in our cooler and didn't see any more evidence. The carpet is worn and needs replaced and the deck facing the river...
