Family springbreak

This place was awesome with a great view of the ocean, plenty of space for the 8 of us. Would stay again! Beach access is close but difficult to go down for some us!

75th Birthday celebration

We went to celebrate our father’s 75th birthday! It was perfect amount of space and my dad cannot walk to the beach, so hanging out on the deck was perfect for him to watch us all and see the Ocean!

Gorgeous View

Plenty of room in the kitchen cabinets. The downstairs (west) bed needs a pillowtop (not the old squished flat foam currently there). The laundry/utility room reeks of old seafood and despite our efforts to mitigate the stench, we came to the conclusion it's coming from the utility sink pipes. Hope these two issues are resolved before we return :0)

Great Beach home for a family

Large comfortable home with a great view of the beach and beach access. Clean and well maintained. Close access to Lincoln City and Newport. Will definitely go back.

Perfect stay

We loved the location and the house. The kitchen amenities were off the charts awesome and made for great ease when cooking for Thanksgiving. With double everything in cookware, we were never left wanting for anything. Beds were a bit firm, but the bedrooms were spacious. The house had all the charm and warmth of a home and we throughly enjoyed our stay.

Fun times

Great views and a clean and functional house for multi-family get together. Only issue is that the oven didn’t work 2/3 times we tried to use it. A property manager did come by and drop off a new toaster oven that helped. Pool table in great shape too. Would recommend overall, But be aware the oven may not work.

If things we working properly…

The house itself would be great if everything was working properly. The oven took FOREVER to preheat. The tub was clogged and had to stand in inches of gross water to shower. The fridge seal was bad. Lights didn’t work in many rooms, not lamps, overhead lights. The downstairs wreaked of pee, including one bed. Most beds were very uncomfortable. I don’t mind things being of older style but much of this place was in need of repair and updating due to the worn appearance of it. The kitchen was well stocked with wares, the balcony and views were awesome, the closeness of beach access was perfect. It should be noted this house and beach access are not mobility friendly.

Family Vacation

The arrangements went smoothly, but we found the house not quite as clean as we expected. There were a few small issues regarding cabinet knobs and door handles (sliding door upstairs) that weren’t attached. A couple of light switches didn’t work. And the tubs didn’t drain well, so soap scum built up during the week. But the house was as pictured. Great views, enough room for all 8 of us. Not sure how 12 would sleep there, but 8 slept great. Had a great time!

We had to wash dishes before we could use them. Shower curtain was dirty. Drips on some walls that were not wiped off. Vacuum under some furniture was not done. Just needed a good cleaning.

Wonderful Location and Right Size for Family

We had a great time; the size of this pet-friendly house was well more than our four-person family needed, it was comfortable, and very close to easy beach access with beautiful views. We are already thinking about staying there again and adding another family of four to the stay. It looks like the owners are moving through and upgrading the house - we noticed many new high-ticket items including new mechanicals, new bathroom fixtures, some new carpets, and what look like new windows. If I were to bet, the kitchen might be next for renovation, as it is dated although totally functional and nothing to complain about. We were happy to find this house, and hope to return!

Dirty house with a great view

The view is great, access to the beach is not easy but doable. Initial opinion of the house was shabby, strange to find a can in the sink, breast milk and other food in the freezer. Did not notice until 11:00 that the master bed had been made without changing the sheets, there was hair, sand and dried blood on the sheets. Tried other bed upstairs, it was not clean. In the morning checked downstairs where my son and family slept, they slept in a bed with dried urine on both sheets. Other two beds (one grandkids slept in) had been slept in also-hair, sand and dirt. Bathrooms were not clean, some long term crusty stuff, floors in house were not clean. Nice paintings but all very dusty. Looking for toys under couch-had not been moved and cleaned for a long time. I spent my Saturday afternoon washing sheets and comforters from all five beds. No pillow protectors-disgusting stains on pillows. I pain double the usual rates because of the Kite Festival. Management offered to send someone with clean sheets but I didn't want them there when we weren't present, didn't trust them anyway. Still waiting to hear back from someone higher up. View was fabulous despite dirty windows. I have never experienced such a thing,

Lies.

There is NO futon sleeper bed in living room. Oven is not usable, unless you warm it up maybe ? 2 hours ahead of time? Dirty dishes in cupboard. Had to buy simple things like sugar for home. Showers are odd to operate, and signs on paper near shower not legible, windows FILTHY. I could go on, but beyond the extreme price, will never use VRBO or Vacasa again.

Stunning Views

We had a wonderful stay here! The house is a little dated but very comfortable & well stocked. We loved the views and the easy access to the beach. We had everything we needed to cook all of our meals, there are lots of extra blankets & towels. We loved having the games & puzzles available. Netflix & Disney plus was a bonus & the pool table was a huge hit!

Family vacation
