We really enjoyed this home! Spacious, beautiful views, enjoyed the hot tub! Loved that the kitchen had basic spices and oil. Would have loved better quality coffee than Folgers, but I brought my own to brew so that was ok. Thank you!!

Great views!
This was a great spot, and perfect hot tub views. This shares a yard with another SA property with a gate, which was awesome since we had both properties and could easily go back and forth. It wasn’t the highest of luxury compared to the nearby spot, but was more than a great value.

Great spacious home for our large family And the patio was fantastic!
We enjoyed our stay and the home with the wonderful views from the patio. Host responded quickly when we could not find the pack-n-play crib. Kitchen is stocked well and we were able to cook for our large group. Very pleasant and comfy space to relax.

Wonderful stay with a gorgeous view
From the moment we walked in the door, we loved this house! Everything was clean and comfy. We loved eating our meals on the back deck. The view of the mountains was stunning. Not sure i've ever stayed at such a well stocked VRBO. The master bath is amazing--the three showerheads...wow! Close enough for a quick car ride to Glenwood Springs, but far enough away to experience all the beauty. Had a group of 6 adults and it was perfect for us. Would absolutely stay here again

Great house, spectacular views
The house was perfectly set up for our two families (we had one family on each level). Our kids enjoyed the arcade and playing in the huge back yard, we saw deer every day, and the view was like a postcard! We loved spending time on the deck and in the hot tub, with beautiful mountains all around. The location provides easy access to downtown and other activities, but is still secluded and quiet. The check in and out process was easy and we felt right at home.

We had a wonderful stay at the Piedmont house in Glenwood Springs. We couldn’t have asked for a better location, close in proximity to both Glenwood Springs downtown and Sunlight Mountain. Clean, spacious rooms and everything you need for an amazing Colorado getaway!

Perfect property for spending family time
I want to give five star for the location and the property. It is a great place. The only reason I'm giving 4 star is because of the little confusion at the instruction page. The page says $30 extra per person. I was okay with it, but it should have said $30 per person per night. I'd suggest this needs to be clear and understandable. Everything else was wonderful, perfect stay! I'd visit again.

Glenwood Trip
Great location, close to downtown (5-8min drive to Hot Springs pool), 10 minutes to Sunlight Mountain( just turn right out of the development and the mountain is on that road!), 1 hour to Aspen (easy drive). Plenty of beds for kids to have there own spaces, bathrooms and good sized downstairs room for them to hang out with TV and old school video game console w/Pacman and other games. Hot tub was nice too.

Family vacation
We had an amazing time in Glenwood Springs celebrating the Thanksgiving Holiday with all of our family. The house was perfect for our group of 8. The kitchen was well stocked and allowed for cooking a Thanksgiving feast. The large dining table was perfect for meals and games. The views from the kitchen/deck/hot tub were beautiful. The host was very helpful and responsive. We enjoyed every minute - and ended up staying an extra day!

Great house for 3 couples
We stayed 3 nights with 3 couples. The accommodations were great with each couple having their own private bathroom. The large laundry room was a plus. We really enjoyed the large deck and views. Location was just a few minutes from downtown Glenwood Springs and easy drive to Aspen. Would stay here again.

Piedmont House
our extended family had a great time at Piedmont House. Perfect location against the mountains with cool breezes in the afternoon/evening. The kids enjoyed having the bunk room to themselves. Plenty of room to spread out and relax. The large deck had plenty of seating and the hot tub was an added plus. The kitchen was well stocked and was easy to cook breakfast and dinners. Would recommend Piedmont House to anyone visiting Glenwood Springs.

Great house in Glenwood Springs
This was a great place to stay for our summer vacation. There were 11 of us and we had plenty of room. The house was clean and comfortable and has beautiful views outside. It is about a 10 minute drive from downtown, so the location is great. I had trouble getting the grill to light, so I called Kenny and he answered right away…problem solved! We would definitely stay here again!
