"On the down side: It's VERY dark in the house. Other than kitchen & bath, lighting is poor. Walls are all dark which attributes to the lighting issue. The house is too beautiful to have such a gloomy look. Poor instructions from owner. Unable to discard trash as garage was locked. Unfamiliar with propane, I could only get one burner to work on the stove. No cleaning supplies were available for me to use if needed. Bring a wand if you want to watch television. "This is the second year in a row that we've stayed at Steve's place (and we plan to stay again next year!). The house is super cozy, you feel right at home when you walk in. We loved having access to the hot tub, it came in handy after two long days of skiing (great location for all of the ski bums out there). Even with a large group, everyone was able to spread out and have their own space. We absolutely love it here!"

"Beautiful, peaceful property on pond, quiet and clean! Art in the home is fun and eclectic. We are so Thankful this property allows dogs without a weight restriction. This helped us include our dogs without the worry of leaving the dogs at an expensive dog boarding place. "Rented the place in mid-oct for a second-marriage honeymoon. The place was easy to find and was set up perfectly for a two person cozy stay. House faces the sunset and has a deck and sitting porch. "From the fresh cut flowers on the back porch to the wonderful homey ambience inside, this place is truly a home away from home. Beautiful scenery outdoors, and comfy and cozy inside. The front deck was beautifully decorated with fall mums, and inside various plants, basking in the sun make this cabin come alive. "Nous sommes allés à cette propriété pendant la fin de semaine de l’action de grâce. Le panorama est vraiment magnifique, encore plus avec les belles couleurs dans les arbres. Nous étions 6 adultes et 6 enfants en bas de 10 ans. Les enfants ont de la place en masse pour jouer. Nous étions bien situé: c’est à environ 15 minutes de Hill Farmstead.
