"I booked through Hotels.com, when I arrived there was no record of my booking. Eventually I was given a room. The room was cold and i was offered a fan heater. There was no hot water. The restaurant was closing early, and the menu was very limited with lots of items not available. I was booked in ..."

"Very nice hotel! I liked it so much. Breakfast is just amazing! Very recommended. We also had dinner and it was very tasty. Ratio price/quality is very good. PS: they accept animals and this was the main reason we decided to stay there and at the end we were more than happy."
