"We booked this location for a 70th birthday celebration. It was perfect for our needs- well appointed and spacious enough for 3 adult couples and a teen. We prepared two meals at the cottage and found the kitchen to be stocked with all the appliances, dishes and utensils we needed. The view of the lake was beautiful. It was especially hot the weekend we visited- all three generations were grateful for the exceptional air conditioning unit. We will definitely consider booking this property again...

"Great weekend visit to Lake of Egypt. House was very clean and comfortable. Very nice updated kitchen with basic amenities for cooking. Gas grill was wonderful. Mattresses were softer than our liking, but we would definitely recommend this home. We will be back! "

"Great property on a quiet Lake of Egypt cove...house was nice and roomy, with 4 beds in 3 bedrooms, a huge great room, and we'll equipped kitchen. Only drawback is having only one bathroom...if you have more than 4 people, that might get tough. Could use another, tbh. Deck and screened in porch were great. House was nice and clean when we arrived, and the check-in/out process was easy. Only criticism would be some wear and tear that could be addressed..broken trim on kitchen floor that I stubbed...

We only bookes one night, but wished we had stayed longer to enjoy the house and neighborhood. The house had all the necessities to make breakfast and we slept comfortably. "This cabin is adorable and had all the amenities of home. It was very clean and the property itself was beautiful. It was very quiet, and was perfect for a small family. We opted to sleep on the pullout couch as the loft beds required climbing a steep ladder. This wouldn't be practical trying to get to bathroom at night. Please know the cabin is located next to another home, but we never saw anyone at that home while we were there. It is a very remote location if you want seclusion."
