"Listing accurate. Residence clean and neat location great for shopping food and going to local attractions. Quiet neighborhood and on site parking. Only issue is main AC unit not working apparently and only a window ac unit in bedroom available. This was adequate but main ac should be repaired. Just a suggestion that the small couch should be replaced with a hide a bed for additional family member. Overall I would revisit this property the communication with owner/ agent was great high marks...

"I stayed for 11 nights as I was working on a project in Woodland Park. The “Tiny House” was more than adequate for a comfortable & workable stay. It is a campground but very quiet & safe for myself, a senior female. Checking in was quite simple & all the staff was very accommodating. The location was outstanding for shopping, restaurants, sightseeing activities & close to friends & family. I would definitely stay there if I return to Woodland Park & need a place to rent. Price very reasonable....
