"I had a great time here. The cabin is bright and clean and has everything you could need. The kids explored and ran about while I sat and enjoyed the open space and birds singing in the trees. There’s also plenty to do in the nearby towns and the night sky is spectacular. Mosquitoes were out in force in the evenings so my kids have finally learnt to shut the door behind themselves. "This is our the second time staying here and we loved seeing the improvements made from 2021 to now, 2025, notably in the garden. We didn’t go in with high expectations and it was comfortable for what we needed during our short stay. We especially loved being able to bring our dog with us! Will definitely come back next time. "

"The tiny home is located right next to the Avon River South, which was flowing when we were there. The view across the farm is beaut but the real treat is at night when the stars come out, just amazing. Lachlan is an excellent host; friendly, quick with communication and helpful. I really recommend this place."

"We had a lovely stay at El Caballo, such a pretty little spot. The tiny house is very private and tucked away from the main house and very clean and tidy. "No instructions for keys to cottage stove was smashed and a camp hotplate was our only cooking element air con was turned off on the unit which was very high on wall and was exceptionally hard to turn off fireplace was boarded up And that was one of the main attractions to the house. Only 4 chairs at a 6 seater table and one had a broken leg show in onsite wouldn’t stay up I had to hold it while’s trying to shower. Towel were sooo old and scratchy host took 22 hours to reply to my desperate...
