Contacted that person stated we couldn't get in after awhile I called VRBO was on hold for awhile they had to get housekeeping's code to get in. After I got off with VRBO I got a code from another person to use. Also no instructions on how to lock the door I'm sure we were to use the keycard but it was useless. "The property was clean and homey. It was close to many restaurants. The host was quick to respond to messages and very helpful. I would stay here again. "
