"Apartment itself is comfortable, well decorated and maintained. The showerhead is a bit lime scale effected, but this is a hard water region and is common in hotels etc in the city. Really comfortable bed. Once received, the instructions for entry were clear. if you haven't received 24 hours before, it's worth reaching out to them via email. A telephone call to Brazil is quite expensive it turns out!"

"Location was great and right in the centre of Newbury. Apartment was equipped with everything needed for a stay away from home. The room was uncomfortably hot and the small amount the windows opened and fan were no use. Our shower was totally blocked but it was sorted. Cleanliness of the apartment was not to my standard. "

"We were here for a Craft Fair at Waterperry Gardens so the location was perfect for us. The cottage was very cosy and comfortable and the hosts helpful and friendly. We would definitely stay here again if we do the Fair next year!"

"The apartment was very spacious and had all the required utensils etc for a comfortable stay, the apartment was clean and well appointed. The welcome pack was a nice touch and meant I did not have to go get milk when I arrived. The lounge was comfortable and the area was central but fairly quiet. "Manu was a great host, he was very welcoming and helpful and provided clear instructions to find the apartment, parking and how to get into the property. The property was exactly as advertised, in a great location and was spotless. Also, having tea and coffee at the property is only a small touch but has a great impact and shows Manu cares for guests.
