"No hot water. Was told that the weather was bad so no hot water because of solar panels. The owner tried to say we owed 100€ even though the room was pre paid. Was told a receptionist would be around the apartments during the day, didn’t see anyone the whole stay. No access to an iron and ironing board."

We were charged full price for 2 of 4 bathrooms to be fully functioning, to have wires sticking out of walls and showed up to the kitchen cabinet in the middle of one of the downstairs showers. They had said they'd bring us a bottle of wine and get it fixed the next day and neither thing happened. We all checked out a night early. No compensation has been...
