Private parking is available. In 15 minutes you are at the centre of Chiavari, beach/promenade and the train station. "Séjour très agréable dans un appartement tout confort et très design.Un ou deux points : le radiateur des deux salles de bain ne fonctionnait pas. Le robinet de l’évier de la cuisine était mal fixé, instable. Dommage qu’il n’y ait pas de lave-vaisselle. Un peu plus de vaisselle serait très apprécié. Et avec un lave-linge, nous resterions une semaine de plus ! Sinon, merveilleux séjour."

"Die Wohnung war wie abgebildet. Alles hat funktioniert und die Aufenthalt war angenehm. Lage ist super. Sogar der Aufzug war vorhanden obwohl das Gegenteil inseriert wurde. Für uns mit Kinderwagen hat es viel geholfen. Parken konnten wir in der Marina Porto antico für 24€ pro Tag dank die HFA. (Achtung: pro angefangen Tag)"

"Wir haben 2 sehr schöne Wochen in the Cin verbracht. Bei durchgehend gutem und nicht zu heißem Wetter, konnten wir das tolle Grundstück und den kleinen Pool gut nutzen. Die Aussicht ist Abend für Abend grandios! Unbedingt ein Fernglas mitbringen! Die Einrichtung ist zweckmäßig und es ist alles da, was man braucht. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und gut gepflegt. "We would give villa Ucelli 100/10. It was the most beautiful location!! The owner Franco was delightful, and the property manager Nikola was extremely friendly and helpful. The location is absolutely stunning. Walking distance to Paraggi beach, Portofino, and Santa Margherita. The public bus is located just down the hill for easy riding to Santa Margherita & Portofino. Amazing location. restaurants, people, beaches - absolutely loved it!! "
