"reserved taxi not showing up bar closed at 22pm and they refused any drinks and there are no mini bar only one person at reception at time when everyone was checking out the personal barely looks in the eye when they speak, a bit condescending, my list long"

i dont recommend this hotel
"it was emberrassing. i couldn't take shower for the first two days! after changing two rooms finally could do it. but receptionists were quite caring; and this is not their fault. who owns this hotel is."
