"We had a lovely time at Mill Rythe, the staff were really friendly and helpful, the accommodation was lovely, very comfortable and clean. It was lovely to swim in the warm swimming pool everyday. Would definitly go back for a return visit. The neighbouring Donkey sanctuary is also brilliant! "

"The property is in an amazing location right on the beach with a small supermarket and a cafe within walking distance. The Lion pub about a mile away is excellent. The only negative comment I would make is that the front garden needs a bit of maintenance and finishing off in some areas. Everything else, perfect. "

"Delightful setting - with country and canalside walks from the doorstep. Welcoming host family live next door and there's plenty of private parking on the shared driveway. Comfortable large bed, bright and clean bedroom upstairs with bathroom next to kitchen area downstairs. "My friend and I enjoyed a mini break in this very clean and comfortable apartment. Being so close to the centre of East Wittering was indeed a bonus. There are certainly loads of places to visit, for all age groups, in the vicinity. There are certainly no shortage of eateries close by. All the reviews in the Guest Book are very positive."

"Myself, 4 kids ages 9-23, 2 dogs! A fantastic few days away! The house is well equipped, clean and cozy! A very homely feel, love the layout and my 8 yr daughter loved the quirky little bunk bed in the small kids room!! That was a bonus :) plenty to do nearby, but loved just stepping out onto the beach, and sitting on balcony watching/listening to the sea 💕 we would def be back here next time we need a few days away! "This is a lovely house that was very comfortable for the six of us, traveling along the south coast of England. It was historic feeling with the older gate house but had modern appliances and great family areas as well as pretty bedrooms. "The hotel room was clean itself but looked on one of the lampshades there was some very unpleasant stains on it to say the least. The beds was very comfy along with the pillows and place felt clean overall. Also maybe a few less scratches on the wall, could maybe do with a lick of paint.
