Absolute nightmare
When we arrived the entire house was dirty and never cleaned from the previous guests. I contacted the host who ignored my called. I then messaged him and let him know what was going on and we needed someone over to clean it asap. He responded and said he was calling a maid. I never heard back and after an hour of waiting had to call VRBO. A cleaning crew finally arrived and done at almost 8pm. There were ants all in the kitchen after they left. Dead bugs and cobwebs everywhere The only pans we saw were scrubbed so hard all the nonstick was scrubbed off. There were no knives in the kitchen. The pool lights never worked. The second night my husbands suitcase covered in ants. I messaged the host about the type of grill said it was propane. There were 2 propane tanks. The first one was empty and the second was burned out in a few minutes while the grill was heating. We had to spend 75 dollars to buy a new tank. We needed a can opener for baked beans but it was broken. We had to open it with a hammer and screwdriver. The largest room with 4 beds had multiple large stains that looked like vomit. The floor looked like it had never been cleaned. I had my son wear socks in the room and the bottom of his socks were black after walking around on it for a day. One of our guests bed had a hair and dead bug after the maids came to clean.
