Great beds! We loved the two kings and queen. We really enjoyed the grill and outdoor games. But the dock is the best of all. Gorgeous view and perfect for fishing.

This weekend was one of the most fun. The dock is amazing! The house is cozy and wonderful. Carolyn baked us cookies and we absolutely LOVED them! Would stay a million times more. Very, very worth the money.

The peace and tranquility of this property cannot be adequately expressed through the online photos! It was absolutely incredible & delightful. Great Weekend Getaway!
We were happy to spend time at this beautiful lakefront property and the fact that we could bring our two dogs was a bonus as they had the best time exploring the property. We all really appreciated the kitchen amenities (which meant less lugging of supplies). The decor was very nice and the linens were especially nice. I/we highly recommend this Granbury gem!

Wonderful Location
From the beginning to the end of our stay, we enjoyed this lake home fully! We floated in the water, watched football and movies, prepared meals to share, played cards and other games, while catching up on each others lives in the cool, comfortable home. The host is very responsive. We had a problem with the grill. They not only got a hold of us immediately, but brought over a different grill. The cottage is so well equipped. The place is spotless. This is our second time staying there. We plan on returning again next year.

Great home with beautiful lake views
We were looking for a relaxing long weekend where we could cook and float in the lake. This is the perfect place! The home is beautiful, clean and stocked with everything you need. Outside huge picnic table covered with fans and a huge dock with lots of seating and tables.

I can’t say enough about Carolyn. I had a disaster when I booked and Carolyn went above and beyond to communicate with me. She was so patient and kind through the entire process! The cottage was perfect! It was so clean, well stocked, and every detail was thought of. The recommendations, suggestions, brochures, and ideas that Carolyn left for us were the best we’ve ever received. We would love to stay here again!
