Beautful Prpoerty!
This location backs up to the national forest and has trails right out the back yard. The driveway was huge and fit 11 cars. We had 18 people staying here and it fit us perfectly! I wish more windows and doors had screen doors but I imagine its a pain to keep them from getting ripped. The kitchen had everything we needed for family style meals and everything was labeled! We are excited to rent it again next summer! :-)

Anniversary celebration
It was spacious. Enough beds and bathrooms. We needed butane gas to grill on the deck and it was taken care of quickly. Other problems we let the owner know. The most important part was the Coconino Forrest backs up to the property where we were able to take family photos. We had a great time.

Arizona experience.
This was an excellent property for our family's vacation. We especially liked the large seating areas on the deck, in the dining room and the living area. Two washers and dryers were a bonus for our family of six adults, 41-75 and seven children and young adults, 8-17. It was a quiet neighborhood and being located at the foot of Mt. Elden was terrific for beautiful views and hiking.

Such a beautiful, comfortable place!
This property was perfect for our Family Gathering!! We loved the big lighted deck with seating for 14! There are many areas in the home for games, TV and even a separate Game Room that the kids LOVED! There's plenty of room to spread out...beds were very comfortable...kitchen well stocked!! The home is backed up to the forest and the kids enjoyed riding the bike trails. The Host was very responsive to our concerns as well. We are grateful for this beautiful place to be Family!! Thank you!

Overall our family was pleased with our stay at the property. Communication with the property owner was very good and response time was very quick as we had some questions come up during our stay. Some of the windows were missing screens or had holes in them and we were unable to open windows at night. The entrance/sunroom had cob webs and dead bugs in the windows. The rugs and carpet throughout the home were soiled and in need of cleaning. The main areas of the home, family room, living room and kitchen were clean. The bedrooms and bathrooms were also clean. The location of the home is perfect for exploring the sights in and around Flagstaff, Sedona and the Grand Canyon.

Tremendous stay
The property in person is a lot more impresive than the listing can convey. Great property for a largish family gathering. We wire 8 Adults with 5 kids 3 and under. Plenty of space, to make socialization optional. Great location access to state park, town. Surpassed expectations.

Our Christmas Extravaganza
We had a blast. The place was a perfect set up for our families. We played games and ate like we were starving. Enjoyed cousin time and slept well. The beds were great. That’s always a plus. We would come back again. We even got to see some Javelinas!!! The kids were in Heaven. I would defiantly recommend this home.

Thanksgiving Family gathering 2023
Beautiful property! Great amenities. The back yard is part of trails and historical homestead from the 1800th next to the Elden mountain. The cabin had very confortable and clean accommodations for all 16th of us. Lee Ann is an amazing hostess. Took the time to call us before we arrived. Always available if we had any questions or needs. We give this property and there hostess a 100+. Thank you for helping our family make special memories of our Thanksgiving 2023

Weekend getaway
This is our 2nd time stayng at this home. It accomodated 14 adults and 2 children with still plenty of room to roam around and not feel crowded. We enjoyed the nice quiet surroundings and the new patio! Great area to sit and relax and play a nice catd game or dominos. Recommend this house for sure!

I planed a trip for my Mom’s birthday who turns 85 with my 8 siblings to see the Grand Canyon because she has never seen it and it was on her bucket list. The house was ok much older than the pictures show clean up all the tubs could have some dressers to put your clothes just small things to make your guest feel at home the yard needs cleaning up we were all pretty cautious about walking back there so we didn’t, TV’s in the guest bedrooms we all had to watch one TV

The stay was good there was a few things that where weird. The grill caught on fire, we ran out of reach bags, no mop and a light bulb on the front of the house just cracked and fell to the ground. Other then that the stay was great the property was beautiful. Watch out for skunks and spiders.

Large family gathering home with a marvelous back view.
Large home, perfect for family gathering in a beautiful Flagstaff mountains setting. The kitchen was well furnished and the large tables were perfect for meals and games. Plenty of beds so our family could spread out. It is in a great setting, close to Sedona, the Grand Canyon and other places to visit. It served our family well.

Perfect hideway!
This is the perfect place for a quiet get-away. We had my parents, siblings, and all our kids and there was plenty of room for everyone to feel like they had their own space while still being together. The guest house was a hit with the teens that just wanted to...well, be teens. The kids loved the game room. Everyone went on several short hikes right out the back door. Its secluded at the end of the cul-de-sac so its quiet and peaceful. Lee Ann was more than helpful with both adjustments before the stay and communication during. We loved it!
