"If you’re gonna get snowed in anywhere, this is the place to do it! We made snow angels and had a beautiful snowshoe on the frozen lake. Also a very cozy spot to binge watch some TV and relax. The great ice Vt festival was very fun- we supported many local artists, businesses."

"Directions in binder where private Sandy Beach is located...( Path by railroad tiles ...just passed the crossing Oil all door hinges ..that way won't wake up others that are still sleeping...since no AC in bedrooms have to leave doors open to be comfortable in the bedrooms. Remote died and no AAA batteries, so went and bought some at DG store New grill ..that one worked but not hot only front part had flames...no way to cook food for 5 people. Door code only work to get in...so couldn't lock...

"This property was just what we had hoped for. The listing and photos describe the place accurately. What it didn't describe well enough was how fantastic the views of the lake were from the primary bedroom at sunrise. Michael was a wonderful host and we couldn't have had a better small family gathering at his place. He was kind, considerate and generous and a really interesting person. We would be happy to go back to the Lake House !"

"Perfectly fine home. Close enough to ferry for trips to Vermont. Directly across the street from Lake Champlain, so we had beautiful fall views. Plenty of space for our 2 boys to enjoy, including a backyard leading into the woods. Better rental for warmer, summer months. Heat was from 2 small space heaters. We were glad we brought our slippers. We did not have cell service in this area, and wifi was really only available in the bedroom closest to property manager’s home."

"Was such a great stay. The first overnight stay for my puppy and he loved it too. Was a beautiful sunset across Lake Champlain. Watching the sun hit the lake from behind in the morning with coffee from the deck is something that is hard to forget. "

"This home was cozy and comfortable for a group of 8 and perfect for our pets who enjoyed the outdoors and gated space. The Hot tub was an huge bonus after long days of skiing. Easily accessible from main road so you don’t have to travel on many snow covered side roads and short drive to Smugglers Notch. . We are looking forward to our next trip back. "
