"A lovely, peaceful location. We loved petting the horses! Mark’s recommendations for the wineries and restaurant were spot on. The beds were comfy and the air conditioner (in master bedroom) was sufficient to keep things comfortable. A map of the local wineries was provided which was very helpful. The house is located adjacent to the B&B, and we never saw or heard the other guests, so it was very private."

"We really enjoyed our relaxing 2 days at the Cozy Rose Inn! The breakfasts were delicious and beautifully displayed with fresh flowers. Comfy bed, AC, and a relaxing jacuzzi tub were awesome! We enjoyed reading and relaxing in number of the comfortable outdoor seating areas. Friendly and helpful hosts. We'd definitely stay here again!"

"Needed a getaway from work and the city. Wanted to be out in nature. Fantaatic location in cherry orchard. Everything need was in ample supply. Easy location with great directions. Trailer was welcoming and inviting. Over the top was the firepit and seating. Then we found out they supply ample fire wood and starter for the firepit. Bonus the location is in Zillah wine area."

"We were so lucky to find this cute, clean home at the last minute, after different booking canceled on us last minute. It was a blessing in disguise, because we loved out stay in this home. The host was very responsive and helpful, with a long list of local recommendations. The house is very conveniently located close to dozens of wineries with easy access to the highway. "Enjoyed our stay at “Sip&Stay”. Clean and comfortable for us and our little dog. TV’s in the living room and the bedrooms, and great fenced backyard with nice grass for pup. Patio is cute too. "The stay was great and property was nice and clean. The only complaint I have is about the check in time. Online it says 3pm and the book regarding rules for checking in and check out instructions also says 3pm but we were told after we were already on our way that check was actually 4. Any issues or questions we had were promptly responded."

The line was fabulous Rosie and her family and yeti their dog was so welcoming.We had something terrible happen with another vacation rental that we had at the same time it canceled five days before the wedding.
