Peaceful beautiful retreat
We enjoyed our time with our 3 girls very much. We loved having the breakfast and dinner on the balcony and enjoying the view. Penny was very kind and helpful. The home is spacious and perfect for families are a group of friends.

Fantastic stay, beautiful house, amazing views
We had a brilliant week at Penny's property. The house was a great size for our family of four, and our children (aged 5&8) loved the pool, the cats and having breakfast on the terrace with views all along the french riviera. The indoor and outdoor areas had plenty of space for relaxing, the area by the pool was lovely to sit at and the pool itself was a good size for swimming and splashing about to cool down. The house had everything you would need and we ate in some evenings to enjoy the sunsets on the balcony. When we did venture out, the property is in a great location for heading down into Grasse, Valbonne, Nice, Cannes or Antibes for the sandy beach. We would definitely recommend Penny's place.

Fabulous holiday destination
Penelope made our stay very enjoyable. The house has everything you'd need for a really enjoyable holiday. The rooms are all comfortable and well appointed and the pool and terraces were great places to enjoy the sun (and welcome shade!) around the pool. Thanks for everything.

Fantastisch
Het huis van Penny in de heuvels rondom Grasse is prachtig. De uitzicht naar de zee geeft rust en gelegenheid om echt bij te komen. Het wisselt iedere dag en men kan er niet genoeg van krijgen. Verder hebben we genoten van het huis, de plek , de pool en natuurlijj alle leuke plekken die men aan de Côte d’Azur wil zien. De meesten binnen een half uur te bereiken. Hierdoor hebben we echt heel veel gezien! Een aanrader!!

Relaxing holiday in beautiful house and area
Our holiday in Penny´s house was wonderful. We had a warm welcome and everything in the house was perfect. We enjoyed especially the nice pool and the wonderful view from the balcony when starting into the day in the morning as well as in the evening. The place is wonderful for relaxing and for visiting the region. Looking forward to come back.

Heavenly views
The property has a relaxed vibe and the views are outstanding. We were in town for a wedding and the pool was great for relaxing during the downtime. Only caution:don’t follow Googles directions! Take the larger roads up and you’ll get there.

Great relaxing stay
we have had a great stay at Penny's villa. Very relaxing and comfortable. Great pool and balcony terrace view add to the overall feel. you need to be aware of quite some steps up to the villa so pls count with that; also at beg. we have trouble with parking as our car is just to big ( long ) AQ7 and could not fit into Penny's garage and street parking was making some neighroughr very " french nervous " so pls make sure that Penny figures out for you the best way to park. we highly recommend this villa for your family stay. PS. also if you like sharp knives :-)...bring one :-)

Penny was a wonderful host, easy to get a hold of and had some great recommendations for us. As mentioned by other guests, the view was spectacular! Pool was nice. It was was a pleasure feeding and getting cuddles from the resident cat, Mini! The property needs to be maintained better for future renters.

Idyllic villa with breathtaking views
We loved our stay here. Penny was the perfect host. There was a very helpful book to guide us through the house and Penny was always responsive on text. The villa is a short drive from Grasse and a boulangerie is a few minutes drive, perfect for morning pastries. Sadly it was too cold to use the pool, but it was a charming infinity pool which would be amazing in the Summer. We would definitely come again.

Such a wonderful place!
We had a wonderful time at Penny’s house! Everything was perfect - the view from the balcony, the clean and big pool and all the small lovely details in the house. Great thanks to Penny that it was not problem at all, that we arrived very late and checked out in the middle of the night. She is a very helpful and nice host. We‘d love to come back :)

Beautiful villa with fantastic view
We had a great stay at the villa. A perfect place to relax - by the beautiful pool, on the balcony, having a BBQ on the terrace... The view is amazing. The house is well equipped. We really enjoyed our stay and would love to come back some time :-).

Wonderful stay
We had a wonderful stay at Penny's villa! The view is amazing and the house is a true gem. It's very spacious with 3 large bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, a lovely kitchen and balcony with a superb view. It's great to relax at the pool or read a book on the balcony enjoying the view. The surroundings are also beautiful with lost of things to do and see. Penny is a wonderful host too. Always willing to help. I can definitely recommend Penny's villa.

Wonderful Vacation
Penny was the most gracious host, even picking up a few bits for our first night at the house. The house itself is well laid out with plenty of space (and bathrooms!) for everyone. Well situated to allow discovery of quaint towns (Valbonne, Vence, Grasse) and also the beaches near Cannes and Mandlieu. Not stroller friendly as there are lots of stairs. Not bike friendly as it's in a hilly area (hence the magnificent views!) overall a pleasant stay and would recommend!

Great view
Penny is a great host, property was clean and the view is fabulous. The access to the property is a bit challenging as to most of the properties in Provence, but then the view is rewarding. We did not miss anything there also thanks to Penny who was helping us always we needed and asked for. Highly recommended.

Blue Sky is a great hide away up in the hills behind Magagnosc.
The villa has fantastic views over looking Antibes in the distance. Spacious comfortable villa for 6 adults with bedrooms all on-suite. Fabulous pool and sun lounge area, all located in a quiet hill top above Magagnosc. Penny the owner was at had when ever needed and made us feel very much at home. Although during Covid we were able to visit most sights, play golf, tennis and enjoy everything this beautiful part of the world offers. Thank you Penny. Definitely be back.

Unbedingt empfehlenswert
Sehr liebevoll eingerichtetes und gut ausgestattetes Haus in ruhiger Lage oberhalb des Ortes mit fantastischem Blick bis zum Meer. Die Eigentümerin ist sehr sympathisch und hat uns tolle Tips gegeben. Und wer sich in der Umgebung langweilt, ist selber schuld. Ein Auto braucht man allerdings schon.
