"I liked the size of the room and the bed was very comfortable, the toilet was of a nice size and has a 🛁 too. The desk of the room was so spacious you can put all your things and eat and it was in a convenient area, 8min walking to the station, the area is a bit poor itself as it is in ilford but with the Elizabeth line very close to all the major places you want to go to. The staff at check in was friendly, good value for money, i recommend it"

"Filthy, unattended, drains clogged up, short of staff… by far this has been the worst hotel I have been in. The cleanliness and basic service performance is appalling. All the drains are clogged up. Other guests were also complaining and the staff couldn’t care less. Do not stay with Travelodge. Their standards have gone way below those of a cheap-hotel alternative. "

"The hotel was in a great spot for the 1940’s weekend. They were understaffed at breakfast and the food wasn’t nice For the price you have to pay. The room was fine but we were charged for an early check in and the room wasn’t ready. Luckily they refunded this cost but the communication seemed a bit slack. "
