The building is old and a bit shabby but the apartment is bright and in good condition. The kitchen door to the balcony could use a curtain for privacy. Parking is a problem. From 0900 to 2000, the entire district turns into a "short-park zone," necessitating the purchase of parking tickets that must be displayed on the dashboard and allow a maximum of three hours parking. It is expensive and a hassle and the parking police regularly patrol, looking for offenders. The University is just down the street and the district is much more oriented to bicycles and public transportation. Angela was most responsive when the water boiler and the internet failed during our stay.
