"Birds farm is a lovely place to stay for the local Essex or Sussex area. Very quiet in the evenings, despite being just off a busy road. Great facilities, good comfy beds, very warm heating and well supplied cooking facilities. A pool for summer, grounds and a Summer house and a well stocked games room for kids if the weather is bad. "This place is amazing. Has everything we needed for a lovley Christmas break. Close to the water, pubs, and in a quiet area. So clean very comfortable, modern bathroom was amazing shower was exceptional. Nice touch of tea, coffee sugar as well as washing liquid all those kittle touches that made a difference. You wont be disappointed booking here. Owner David was a great help, any time i messages he was swift to reply."
