"It was a GREAT location, one of only two hotels on Ocean Drive. the grounds were amazing. The building is falling apart a little, there is deferred maintenance, but the room was clean, the staff was Wonderful. we had a view of the ocean, the hot tub was hot, the coffee and breakfast muffins were great. It is what it is and there is SO much to see in Newport that you shouldnt be spending much time in the room. "

"A group of friends and I stayed at this property for a weekend and absolutely loved it! The access to the water is amazing, plus the sleeping accommodations are perfect for lots of people. "We stayed at Bonnet shores for URI Parents weekend. Three generations were present this weekend and we absolutely adored the great room - which had sweeping views of the water. We enjoyed daily walks down to the beach with our pups and overall the location was wonderful. The house was clean, comfortable and quite enjoyable! We will be back! "

"Pipers Nest was a great value for the area. We have stayed in nearby properties and this is far superior. Very clean, nicely decorated and equipped with everything you need to just enjoy our relaxing time away. Nice towels and bed linens. It is really two areas on the first and second floor.
