"When you book a stay here and you arrive, you get the feeling you are staying in a big home. There are so many homely people touches eg a fire in the lounge, chocolates there too and some port for the end of the night, beautiful comfy beds and spacious bathrooms. Great range of breakfast options too. Staff were very warm and friendly with all the guests."

Provided with a pack of really intereting and useful information, about the background of the building, the local area, ideas for trips and a map. Easy parking opposite. Small fridge in room, but also access to a shared area with a larger fridge, tea and coffee making facilities. Dome restaurant on the ground floor was very convenient. On another level to the average motel!"

"31 on the Terrace is an awesome stay. We will definitely stay here again if we travel through this way. The host is very gracious and the room has everything that you could ever want or need. It is right in the downtown area close to shops and bakeries and lots of fabulous restaurants as well. The room even has a private balcony, which is just wonderful."
