Comfortable Stay
Stayed here for a week for a family wedding in Green Cove. Note that there is about 500ft of dirt road to get to property, depening on weather could be an issue. This is also a pet friendly rental as well so if you have allergies to any animals be mindful of that. Convenient location, clean house with plenty of space. We would stay again. Thanks!

Nice Property
Overall, it was a great and comfortable stay. The place was as described, and the roughly 700 feet of unpaved road surface to get to the new home was still acceptable. I can't complain about such a minor thing. I would stay there again.

Great stay on Fleming Island!
This was a great place to stay for a group of friends gathering together to attend a wedding in nearby Green Cove Springs, FL. The house itself is spacious, with nicely-sized bedrooms and a grand, open-air living room - dining room - kitchen area. The hosts were also very friendly and responsive. Perhaps the best surprise feature of the house is its proximity to Corky Bell's Seafood & Steaks, a neat place with good service and a Florida-themed menu featuring gator tail.

Reunion/Volleyball
The trip was for 2 reasons. My husband's family reunion on Saturday and my neice's volleyball tournament. Since we couldn't go Saturday to her tournament we went on Sunday. The house was perfectly located to both locations and yet far enough away from the hustle and bustle of town. It was nice for our babies to have a back yard to go out and do their business but also to stretch their legs. They enjoyed it alot. The house was wonderful and very and clean. We travel alot and enjoy finding gems this house to stay at. Oh yeah my husband said the 4K TV was awesome. We would stay here again, definitely. Thanks again. Doug, Brenda, Rex and Lola

Great Stay
Bart and Sue have a wonderful home. The house was clean, and very accommodating. We had no problems, its a very quiet neighborhood, and they were quick to respond on the few occasions we had questions. I highly recommend this home to anyone staying in the Fleming Island area.

Very Nice stay in Fleming Island
House on Fleming Island was very nice, clean and spacious. Able to check-in early. Great seafood restaurant "Corky Bells" right behind the house, walking distance. beds very comfortable. I would recommend if stayingin the area.

This property had everyhing and more, it was new, comfortable, clean, great relaxing furniture and nice back yard to walk our four legged kids. The only negative to note was the street, although not long, was not paved and had horrible pot holes and mud but even that wasnt bad and im assuming it will be paved eventually. Otherwise it was a completely wonderful stay and we would stay here again!

Weekend Stay
The property overall was very nice; however, there was difficulty finding the home. Waze and Google maps were both used to find the home without success. After using Apple Maps, the house was finally located. Also, the roads leading to the house were all dirt roads, which was unexpected after viewing an aerial map.

This house is GORGEOUS
My family enjoyed this beautiful home during Spring Break. It was very cozy and convenient to shopping centers (Publix, Walmart, Banks, etc.) the area was quiet and pleasant. I would have preferred tvs in all rooms instead of just the family room and master bedroom but other than that the house was well equipped for all of our needs. We had a slight issue with the power but the owner was responsive and made all attempts to get the problem rectified.
