"This is a lovely property and we enjoyed our stay. The sauna and view from the A-frame windows were huge perks! The master suite is huge and the decor is so fun. We loved the little farmers market at the resort and the spa treatments there especially and had fun exploring nearby Berkeley Springs too. Corrine was an incredibly communicative host as well! A few notes that we think would improve the stay for future guests: -The house was clean, but it needed a good dusting. Lots of cobwebs, dust...

We loved having the stream right there & watching the birds. The location was perfect for visiting the area & seeing the sites. We enjoyed the Fort Ritchie museum & the Greenhouse Cafe. "This was our second time staying at the cabin. We love the setting in the woods and the wood burning fireplace inside is our favorite! The cabin was very clean and we had everything we needed provided for us. Any questions we had were answered by the host very quickly and easily. We will definitely be going back again!"

"We had a pretty good stay at Acorn Acre. There were definitely lots of games and puzzles. The place was very clean with ample extra linens, toilet paper, etc. It was a little tough for our family having two of the beds be in the loft, which, while up some stairs is still open to the downstairs (sound travels). "This was a great historic house to stay in. All modern conveniences while staying true to the structure and history of the home and area. We enjoyed our days visiting Antietam Battle Field, Sharpsburg, and surrounding towns. Beautiful area with lots to see and very friendly people.
