"This is the second time we have stayed at this cabin and third time overall staying at one of Tammy’s properties and I can’t say enough good things. It’s affordable, beautiful views and Tammy is wonderful. Only thing I’d say is, I wouldn’t suggest this to “groups” it’s really made for a couple and their children. It’d be a tight squeeze for adults to sleep in the loft area but kids would love it!"

"Cosby is a paradise, the sound of the river, the cabin has all the comforts, the road is perfect, I was worried that it was very inclined, you can go in any type of car, communication with the administrative is good, only cleaning, it needs a Deep cleaning, I went to the nearest dollar general store, I bought what I needed, I did a cleaning to enjoy the stay. "A very secluded and beautiful property. Great views. My only issue was trying to decide if I wanted to sit by a really cool fire pit or relax in the awesome hot tub. Everything was clean and I was left needing nothing. Tammy and Sam were always quick to respond to questions and offer suggestions for local sights. "We stayed only 2 short nights, but it really was perfect! The weather allowed us to enjoy the screen porch and windows open all night to hear the river and falls -- so relaxing and quite magical!! We were able to fish a little and take some nice walks around the property with our dog -- no leash, its so nice!!
