Good location
The home is very old, so electric outlets are not abundant to say the least. While the photos show are very nice home, they are deceiving. The property has a significant moisture issue which is covered by air fresheners everywhere. Too much perfume hits you the moment you enter. The outside area is in very bad shape.

Great Location
The home is very cute inside and clean, location was perfect, close to everything. Walking distance to grocery store and restaurants. Couple of suggestions Does need outside property clean up. And simple thing like some bowls for the kitchen so you can mix pancakes or salads., and couple of cookie sheets. But that’s minor. Beth the manager was excellent and very helpful. We did have a great stay.

Great Little Space
The property was great and in a great location to walk to places and get around! The furniture was comfortable and very homey! The customer service was more than what we could ask for! If ever needing a space in Greensboro again we will be staying here!

Chic and Cozy
The house was cute at first glance, however the pictures were a bit misleading. I reserved the home because they indicated they were pet friendly. The king bed was oversized for the room, so super close to the wall on one side and the bedroom door would not open all the way on the other side. Thus running into bed frame on many ocassions throughout the stay and creating bruised legs. The kitchen was dated; no dishwasher or garbage disposal. (Guess I should have look more closely at pictures) The necessities provided were thrown together from second hand stores that should have just been tossed; utensils and small appliances seemed worn out. Bathroom was cramped and did not have space for toiletries any extra anything. The toilet was not secure to the ground. Hot water did not last long for showering. The host provided 6 towels for 3 people for 4 days. When the host was asked for other towels, I was told to use the washer and dryer. I'm on vacation; I don't want to have to do laundry during my time away from the daily grind. The host fee was almost equivalent to the nightly fee, so I felt that the accommodations would be more than adequate. That was not the case. There were other small issues that led to an overall disappointing experience. When I reached out to the host stating we left a day early due to conditions and inform her for the 3rd time, we did not bring our dog afterall, I was told sorry you didn’t have a good time, drive home safe and call another co abo

Just what we needed
In town for a concert at the coliseum and this home was in a great location. There were even several restaurants, bars, and grocery store just minutes away. The house was nice and cozy and met all of our needs. If I had to choose one improvement, it would be blackout curtains in the bedrooms, but that is very minor and only because we stayed out late.

Great location
Came to town for a concert and it was nice to be able to walk to the coliseum. Walking distance to a small grocery store and restaurants/bars. House was clean and host was very friendly and quick to respond. Would definitely stay again if in the area.

Great little house in Greensboro!
The house is very charming, clean, and welcoming. The back patio was a great spot to enjoy morning coffee. It was also an easy walk to some great local spots and the Greensboro Arboretum.

Quaint Coliseum stay
We were very comfortable in this qaint home. We appreciated the 20 Min. Walk to the coliseum rather than parking. There are many restaurants in the area, the arboretum not far and it was convenient to UNCG where our daughter was attending. The contact person was very responsive.

Cute comfy bungalow in great location!
This was a great property for a week long stay close to the Greensboro Aquatic center! Neighborhood felt very safe. The house itself had everything we needed and when I had a question, the property mgr was quickly to respond. Beds were especially comfy and the coffee options for the Keurig were delicious! We would definitely stay again if we are down for another event.

Short weekend concert getaway
Property was clean, well appointed for its size, and conveniently located! We were visiting the area for a concert we were attending at Greensboro Coliseum and wanted extra space as compared to a typical accommodation. Proximity to the Coliseum was great, easy walking distance. The beds were comfortable and the overall comfort of the house was great! Although we didn't spend much time at the house, we did enjoy the time there!

Comfortable, beautiful and warm home for Thanksgiving holiday
We traveled with our adult sons and dogs. The house was wonderful for the four adults and the dogs enjoyed bouncing around the backyard. The house is perfectly situated and comfortable in itself and it’s location. When we visit Greensboro again we will come back here!

Wonderful Stay
The house was clean, comfy, and accommodating. We had 4 children with us, and everyone had enough room. The decor was adorable and made it feel like a home away from home. The property manager stayed in contact with us to make sure they were meeting our needs. Will definitely stay at this property again.

Comfortable cottage and convenient location
We enjoyed this cottage as our base for visiting family in Greensboro. Location is very convenient. We had everything we needed, and the home was beautifully and comfortably decorated. Added plus was the "dawn chorus" of birds in the back yard. Host was friendly and accommodating. We would definitely stay again if in the area.

Arrived at 8 pm. Odor upon entering. Marijuana suspected. Mold or other. I have an asthma issue. Poor night's rest. Administering an inhaler all night. Ants on counters. Bathroom. Even crawling on nightstand. Management and housekeeper contact made aware before leaving at 8 a.m. the next day. Less than 12 hours after arrival. Spent the next two nights at further expense outside Ashville. This was this Healthcare providers first get away since before Covid. First VRBO experience, thinking it would be safe. No refund as I "didn't file a form". Never again.
