"We rented this property for ECU’s graduation weekend and it was perfect for our group! The house was clean and well maintained. We brought some outdoor games and really enjoyed spending time in the back yard. The location is great and close to campus. We would definitely recommend this property and would stay here again."

"Easy, convenient location. Good communication and easy check-in/check out. My family and I appreciated the space and convenience of this will situated townhouse in Greenville. It was central to everything. The three bedrooms upstairs were a good size. My hubby appreciated the large tvs while the kids appreciated the extra amenities such as the games in the closet for them to play. "

"We stayed here for 5 nights to attend a week-long activity at ECU. Although the location of the neighborhood of this condo feels "out of town," it is only 10 mins from campus and a Trader Joe's, and 5 minutes from a Food Lion and a Harris Teeter.
