There is a Grocery store 2 miles awayThe property owner is super responsive to answer any questions. We will be back"

"We had a great stay in Port Aransas! We came in the off season, so crowding was not an issue! The condo was perfect size for two couples. It was clean and had everything we needed. We had zero issues and everyone on the property was very kind. We were able to walk to many locations!"

"We'd visited Rockport in the summer, but never in the winter. The owner was very responsive throughout our trip, from booking to check-out. The house was spotless when we arrived, and we appreciated the welcome snacks. The kitchen was well-stocked with seasonings, pots, and utensils. We weren't sure if the heated pool would be worth it, but it definitely was! My family and I enjoyed watching the football games while relaxing in the pool. Overall, it was a great spot for a relaxing weekend...

"Great accommodations in the heart of Port Aransas. Everything was so clean. Beds were super comfy, couch was fantastic. Very well-appointed kitchen, but could use a couple of new frying pans. Otherwise kitchen items were great. Good tv in LR and Bedrooms. Bathrooms were spotless and included toiletries. Only problem: the main bathroom had hardly any water pressure. "Had a great time. Property was nicely decorated with beachy theme throughout. Very nice neighborhood with other friendly folks and their dogs. Covered parking and nice outdoor seating areas upstairs and down. Other than putting out trash and starting dishwasher checkout was a breeze. We’re in our 70s and they provided free unloading and loading of our vehicle."

"We checked in easily and took time to unwind on the porch, just listening to the surf. The condo was excellent, with adequate furniture for the family to relax and the location was perfect. Great wifi for the work needs. We loved going into town in the evening, and tasting some delicious local cuisine in Port A. Our time at the beach was awesome. Will be back!"
