"First stay at this hotel and it was really nice. The rooms and hotel generally were clean, and all was in good order. Not the largest rooms but for one it was fine. They do offer off-street parking but tried twice, on check-in and then after dinner and there was no space. There is all day parking about 30-40 metres away so that wasn't the end of the world. I have one negative or criticism, and that was to do with breakfast where I met a client. We both ordered eggs, but it came with just one...

I only had two concerns: On one of the wooden rails of the stairs wood is being rotted away underneath the paint, leading into the railing to move under my hand. "This was our second time here. The cleanliness was great, the views were great, a beautiful spot to stay! Such an amazing place to stay, the spa was great also! Though 2 things did stand out to us, I think having silicone on the shower door would be beneficial, as the bathroom floor gets drenched whilst showering. Also, my partner fell down the entire back steps and injured himself as they were extremely slippery with the wet weather. I suggest putting some anti slip guides on each step....

Negatives - thin walls and floors so can hear adjacent people, television could not pick up signal at all, secondary wotif messaging service did not work, there's a cutoff timer for the spa so you can't use it after 8pm."

"Not up to the standard expected from a Stayz property. Advised by Heather we couldn't check in until 3pm so it was 'perfect'. However on checking in, it was not perfect. Property not advertised as a garage conversion, (low ceilings, dark), but rooms large. Great bathrooms. Several trip hazards in house. Kitchen - haphazard. Not clean, unsafe electrical items (small oven/cooker) sitting on top of microwave and leaning against wall. Bathroom taps came off/loose. Outdoor area in the driveway next...
