Property manager responded immediately with answers to all questions before our arrival, and they were able to get everything ready to go despite wide spread power outages from a major ice storm in the area. "We are a large group of friends that travel frequently and have stayed in a variety of AirBB's and Vrbos. This one far exceeded any of our stays.
