Nice, clean, spacious rooms, nice lobby and good pool, that's it. The lack of maintenance is astoundingly obvious. We had trouble right away with our key cards not working. Air conditioning units didn't work in several rooms. Ice machine was out of order on our floor, but main floor worked thankfully. My roomie was dissappointed there was no proper chair and writing desk in the suite, to do some work. Short tempered front desk staff when keys cards didn't work and use of front desk phone to summon staff to front desk. It just said press 0, not press 0 and stay on the line. Don't get an attitude bc we how to use it. Make directions clear. One lady was very nice and accommodating. She put fans in our room for air flow and that helped. We were offered another room for sleep, but hotel filled up rather quick. Room door very loud as it was sticking to the frame. You knew when we were coming and going, lol. You could hear it all the way down the hall. Hot tub out of commission. Only had apples, oranges, yogurt & cold boiled eggs for gluten-free choices at breakfast, otherwise it was nice for everyone else. Neat little 50's diner down the road. A&W and Subway a short walk from hotel. We had troubles there too. Ice machine for any cold drinks didn't work! 😖😩🙄😮💨 I guess it's not called GRIMshaw for nothing.
