"The house was great for our party of 2 families. We had plenty of space and the house is very well equipped. A lovely clean house and great communication with the host. We enjoyed exploring the local area and the house was located well for this. The driveway down had lots of bumps and pot holes which you need to be careful of especially in the dark but other than this wouldn’t change a thing."

Local area was not good for dog walking due to the wet conditions over last few months and did not want to bring back a mucky dog. "We stayed in the cottage at Tovey Lodge. It was very dated, which was fine, but it was also worn out. The sofa bed needs replacing due to peeling material and the mattress on this was so thin there is no way an adult could sleep on there. Luckily our 7 year old can sleep anywhere. The main bed was uncomfortable with a too small mattress topper which didn't reach the edges and because of this we only stayed for two of the three nights we had booked as we needed sleep.
