Accessibility: Must climb a 3 step ladder to enter wagon so could be a challenge for some. Less than 20 mins to restaurants. Host, Tim was very congenial. Unique experience, would recommend."

"We loved this property! It was cozy, clean, and perfect for our family (our 9, 7, and 2 year old kids loved it.) It felt like home: clean and welcoming, but well worn (in the best ways.) We were just a few minutes from Capitol Reef, which was beautiful. And the restaurants in Torrey were great. While we were at the house we played ping pong, watched movies, laid out on the patio to watch the stars, cooked, grilled, and enjoyed the peace and quiet. "One of the loveliest homes we have ever stayed in through VRBO. The beds and bedding were also the most comfortable - we really enjoyed our stay here after a long day hiking in Capitol Reef! The outdoor propane fire table with comfortable chairs overlooking a beautiful mountain backdrop was a perfect evening hang-out spot. Would love to stay here again when we return!"
