"Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt und die Ruhe hier sehr genossen.Für unsere erste Reise nach Wien optimal. Das Kleine Häuschen liegt am Rand von Wien und die Innenstadt ist mit dem ÖPNV gut zu erreichen - die Bushaltestelle ist ca. 5 Minuten entfernt.Das Haus war sauber und ist komplett ausgestattet. Der überdachte Parkplatz ist in Wien Gold wert, da man unter der Woche in Wien nicht kostenlos parken kann.
Frau Gerl war sehr gastfreundlich und stets hilfsbereit, sie hat uns gute Tipps gegeben und...

"Übergabe der Wohnung war eine Farce und hat Stunden gedauert, bis wir endlich rein konnten. Küche der Wohnung war komplett leer (von wenigen Tellern und Tassen abgesehen). Kein brauchbares warmes Wasser. Keine wirklich funktionierende Toilette. Die Bilder sind wohl so entstanden, dass das einzige Sofa immer wieder in andere Räume geschoben wurde und mit fotografiert wurde. Andere sichtbare Möbel waren nicht mehr vorhanden. D. h. Die Ausstattung war mehr als spartanisch. Alles in allem furchtbar."

"Excellent place for a holiday: country, castles and Vienna nearby. In summer a great swimmingpond and garden to relax in. As others have written: a bit dated inside the appartment; but all you need is there. Owner makes you feel very welcome; thanks Brigitta! (Tip: Ask her if she can get you tickets for the castle Neulengbach)."

"Der Aufenthalt musste wegen der Überschwemmungskatastrophe in Niederösterreich auf 16.-26.10. verschoben werden. Die gebuchte Wohnung sollte über 2 Terrassen, Marmorbad mit Bidet und separates WC verfügen. Beschreibung und Fotos versprachen eine gemütlich eingerichtete Ferienwohnung. Im Gegensatz dazu war die zugewiesene Wohnung minimalistisch ausgestattet, hatte ein kleines nicht beheizbares!! Duschbad mit WC, weder Terrasse noch Balkon. 5 Handtücher für 10 Tage, 2 Bettdecken, 2 Kopfkissen....

"Very nice hotel, modern rooms, street parking right in front (they also had a garage, I never used it) balcony had views of terraced vineyards and over Krems, plentiful breakfast buffet, nice bar/lounge area, helpful staff, just tops! I didn't use any of the spa services or sauna/pool, but other guests looked happy coming from there! A few good restaurants within a 10-15 minute walk downhill if you don't want to drive. Was there in January; I'm sure it's even lovlier in summer. "
