"Its a cool little place, very small. Does not face the beach but the balcony does. Its behind the main beach house which is actually facing the beach, fire pit was nice! I would suggest upating the hot tub or not advertise it as we would not touch it, it was very dated and the filter was not working properly making the water appear very dirty. Overall was a good experience though. A little outdated. "

"This condo really exceeded my expectations. It actually looks better in person than the photos. The location is walking distance from the pier, so location is great. Kellys communication and customer service was top notch. We had a group of 11 of us and we had such a fun time. I will definitely be back. "

"The rental was great! It is a beautiful home with all the extras in the kitchen , bathrooms and bedrooms! The view from kitchen is amazing! Communication with the owner was very good. The weather was so nice so patio and back yard was definitely used it was a great week! Centrally located to everything."

"We had 6 adults, one couple and 5 singles so everyone had a bedroom.. sharing 2 of the upstairs bathrooms worked great. No blow dryers in bathrooms, luckily one in our party brought one. Kitchen was well stocked, but no paper products. Everyone said beds were comfortable.would stay again, thanks!"

"I stayed here with my sister and teenage nephews for a long weekend and everything was perfect. The place is exactly as described and pictured. The home was clean and the neighboorhood was quiet. My nephews enjoyed the Nientendo Switch and my sister and I enjoyed sitting on the balcony at sunset. The kitchen had everything we needed to make meals. We especially enjoyed the coffee bar! This home is conveniently located so we were able to easily drive up to Farmer's Market in San Luis Obispo...

"Almost found everything great, especially the location with the ocean view. The only thing we found not up to par was kitchen items and utensils were very sparse. So glad I brought my 9x13 Pyrex to make our Breakfast quiche. We also have always seen seasonings, oil and such in most other VRBO’s. "

"It was a short walk to the beach from this quiet, convenient condo. The kitchen was well-equipped and the TV was easy to setup for Netflix. The beds were comfortable, but the foam pillows were a bit thick and hard for our preferences. The filtered water system for drinking water lost pressure very quickly - possibly the filter or some part of the system needs servicing, but if you are patient the water tasted fine. There was a filter in the refrigerator that worked well as an alternative....
