"Cute setup for our kids (ages 9-12), they loved the upper loft filled with toys! The place is very clean and comfortable. It’s secluded in the forest which was beautiful. The only thing was there is a rooster nearby that kept crowing loudly all early morning, so if you like to sleep in, I suggest bringing earplugs :) other than that, it’s a cute and quaint place to stay!"

"Stayed here with my wife and dog. Can comfortably fit a family of four no problem though. Its a nice, comfortable, and cozy house. The value of this listing is the location and view however. We bbqd on the back patio, with a view of the ocean. Tough to beat that. Will be staying again. "

"You’re renting the location, and it’s fantastic. It may be the Northernmost most homes under Sea Ranch management. Smack in the middle of Gualala. NOTE: There is no cell service in town, so screen shot any check information you may need. There is a public wifi network, but it’s painfully slow. Afternoons in the back deck are wonderful. "We truly enjoyed our stay here. The house is very clean, newly remodeled, there is no personal clutter, and the size is perfect for a couple or small family. It almost looks like a house that's staged for selling, everything just looks new/fresh and modern, yet very comfortable. We prefer king beds, but the queen beds were very comfortable. The only minor downside really is the fact that you can't walk anywhere - everything requires the car, especially if you want to go to a beach or restaurant....
