Gorgeous, little misses on maintenance
This house is more gorgeous than its pictures show -- huge and amazing views of the ocean and sun from morning til night. Exceeded expectations on that front! On the other hand, there were were problems with doors that didn't open to the outer decks and cobwebs that were sort of baffling. Not 100% up to par on some minor maintenance stuff that added some small dissonance to the overall splendor of the place.

Spring Break stay
We’ve stayed here three years in a row, love the location and all the space for our extended family group. There are some maintenance issues that need attention, such as the sliding door to the patio not locking and the screen being broken, the cabinet in the kitchen being broken and swinging off the hinge, two of the fireplaces not working, etc…but, overall, we do like it here and the location can’t be beat. Just a little TLC is all it needs!

Daughter’s bday
We came to this new home to celebrate our daughter’s birthday. We enjoyed this place very much. The decorations were beautiful and the views were nice. Everything was conveniently located which made it easy to get where we need to go and back at a decent time. The only down fall was the dirty cup with lipstick still on it and trash under the chair in lower level room. The back door was very hard to open. The most of the windows would not open. The fireplace wasn’t working properly. Thank you

Great house; incredible view, needs upkeep
This is an amazing house! The view undeniably is incredible. This house needs some love...landscaping/yard are WAY overgrown (you have to duck under an overgrown tree to get to the front door), door locks/latches don't work and some doors were completely unopenable, garage keypad (secondary entry) is non functional, windows don't open (trust me you WANT to hear the Pacific waves on the shore), no telescope as in photos, binoculars were broken, several burners on stove don't light, carpet is disgusting (sorely in need of replacement). Again, this is an amazing house, but I feel we way overpaid given the condition that it's in.

Beautiful location poorly cared for and cleaned
The house itself is in a lovely location, with a gorgeous view of the ocean from almost every room. The bones and layout of the house are also great. That alone made the trip great. But the house was incredibly dirty. Dirty pans, dirty windows, food all over the floor in the downstairs (popcorn pieces, and chunk of hald eaten tortilla, a dirty sock, and empty plastic bottle), dust and grime under the beds, dust on many of the blankets, a small pull out futon full of crumbs, pieces of little trash here and there, uncleaned windows that compromised the view, and on and on. I have 20 plus pictures. Also, the kitchen is set up with just a hodgepodge of pots and pans stored in a completed disorganized way, knifes that have not been sharpened in years, non-functioning gas fireplace in living room, several lights that didn't work... The place is just poorly cared for. They offered a $75 reduction on the cleaning fee, which was a very small compared to what they charge. We had a great time regardless, but for what was a very expensive place , to have the house so poorly cared for was incredibly disappointing.

The two other bedrooms besides the master are not queen beds but full. Besides this the place was all it looks to be! I would have given it 5 stars if not for advertising the full as queens beds.

Wonderful Getaway.
We enjoyed seascape and found it just as advertised and as gorgeous as the photos. Coming in and out of the garage was a plus. There are several burned out bulbs in the master bath that should be fixed. The kitchen needs more wine glassses and bowls.

Very relaxing.
This house was wonderful. The floor plan is great. Unfortunately, the owners or property management isn’t keeping this house up. There were spiders in a lot of the corners in the house. Dust, cobwebs and dead bugs throughout the house. The kitchen cabinets were sticky from food build up. There was ice cream dried up in the side coffee table. The couch was dusty in the corners and sides. The gutters are full of dirt, leaves and composit from the roof shingles. I have some pictures to show what I’m stating. I would stay here again but I hope the house would be cleaner. The cleaning fee is expensive and the owner isn’t getting this house cleaned. Light housekeeping is what is happening along with bed changing. This house needs a deep clean. If you are looking for a clean house, this isn’t your house. The patio area is wonderful and the view of the ocean is breath taking. It was warm and the umbrella in the garage was busted. It got too hot to enjoy the patio without an umbrella. The fireplace in downstairs bedroom didn’t work.

Gorgeous views! Spacious living. Great separation of space in the home and very comfy/cozy home. Perfectly wonderful to just wind down, destress, and enjoy the view. Sea, whales, seals, sea lions, deer. Beautiful and remote!

the property is gorgeous but the windows need a cleaning. what could have been outstanding views were obscured by very dirty windows. we've lived on the coast and recommend the windows be cleaned at least once a month. hope vacasa can change this.

Great location!
What a great house. It’s actually 4 baths, for some reason I read 3. Beautiful views, deck and super close to Cooks Beach. Gualala is less than 5 minutes away which made shopping super easy. Internet actually worked good too. Didn’t want to leave. We will be back!!

Vacasa comes up short of maintaining this beautiful property
We emailed and called with a detailed list of problems with the property, which were never responded to by Vacasa. This is a beautiful property with amazing views but there are a few problems that others have remarked upon that were never appropriately dealt with...easy fixes but never dealt with by Vacasa. The property wasn't cleaned, counter tops were filthy, windows were filthy, doors broken on our last visit with notes that they will fix wasn’t fixed on our second stay here, the few dirty dish towels that were there on our last stay here were still there, unwashed, fireplaces never worked, etc. Easy fixes if Vacasa just spent a little time on maintainence. Still a beautiful property with lots of potential.

Don't make me go home!
We didn't want to leave this spectacular home! The views are amazing, the location is very private. We felt like we were the only people left in the world. The beds were comfortable. We had plenty of space. The kitchen table was perfect for games and the kitchen was the centerpiece where everyone gathered while I cooked. I only wish the knives were sharp and I wish there were scrubby sponges as all the pots were filthy and needed washing before use. I wish there were more cleaning supplies so that I could have cleaned up more thoroughly before I left. Also, an additional set of towels would've been nice. We will be back for sure! It was nice to leave our home for a few days and enjoy this spectacular property.
